New star Transportation service truly shines. Their telephone customer service rep, Silvia, was very nice, professional and responsive. She instantly came up with the quote, scheduling and pricing options. Within 10 minutes she emailed me an electronic form and the whole service was booked in no time. On top of that, the driver, John, was fantastic. He was punctual, very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and knew his way around the back roads of Houston to our wedding venue. I suggest asking for him by name. His limo is spotless--a pristine, white, modern Lincoln stretch. he's just one cool dude. New Star is so good that they should train other businesses how to handle customer service.
