Are the cheese sutibstute Veggie Shreds permitted in small amounts? Zero sugars, one carb per serving but basically a soy isolate. I'm thinking that it, plus a tablespoon or so of organic sour cream, make it onto the top of my chili under the increasingly popular 80/20 rule?

The soups were good but he was way overboard with the prices and I swear he always overcharged.You have to be on the defense with him never knew what price was coming out of his mouth.
