Philly Pet Hotel was a great place to board my dog for one week during summer vacation. The staff was very efficient and caring for both me and my pet. Jared, especially, took time to personally care for every aspect of my dogs's needs. I was able to call and check on him every day. Staff was very well informed. I returned to find my dog clean happy and healthy. Even his toys and bedding were cleaned! Thanks Jared and staff for a great experience! I look foward to next year!

My family and I were reluctant to board our dog as he had not been boarded before. We decided to take a family vacation for the first time in 7 years and needed a place to house our dog, Gus. We visited the kennel before we made a reservation. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED, as the kennel was not like the kennels we had used before. I would describe it as ultra-modern, state-of-the-art, and designed for animals. The indoor exercise area was spectacular. The staff is amazing! Gus thoroughly enjoyed his stay. When we picked him up, he was very happy and looked and smelled great. Our family will now be able to take more vacations because of the fact that we found such a great home for our Gus.
