Trevor Townsend and his team did an excellent job installing my first water softener. Two things really impressed me about Alamo Waters Softenersb (AWS), first Trevor never tried to sell me a water softener. He simple provided me with information about his product. I really appreciated his non-high pressure sale tactics. Secondly, his team of expert installers arrived on time, completed the job in the allotted time, and presented themselves with the utmost professionalism. When my wife arrived home she was completely happy with our decision to purchase our water softener from AWS. As I explained to Trevor, a happy wife equals a happy home. (He is newly married) Thank you AWS and your expert installation team. I will definitely recommend. Oh I did I mention Trevor returned 2 weeks later to check to ensure I was completely SATISFIED? Our experience with Alamo Water Softeners was exceptional. \r \r The person who came to the house to evaluate and provide a quote gave an informative presentation of the company with supporting documents. The focus was only on what we requested in a water softener. There were no attempts made to sell us anything more than what we had requested. This person was well spoken, a good listener and very Professional.\r \r They did an excellent job with the Installation and plumbing of the unit. We had concerns about anybody drilling holes through the brick. The holes they drilled were no bigger than what they needed to be and were well done. They put the holes for the plumbing exactly where we requested. \r \r They arrived on time and the two people doing the work stayed on task and were very polite and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done.\r \r The owner of the company took his time to come and introduce himself first thing in the morning.
