IF you are looking for a good detail job this is the place to go for full price service! AKA Emerald King If you notice these 2 reviews are both groupon customers that were paying 100$ a detail and services were stated in the groupon what you were getting ( customers were not getting full price details ) they included a wash, wax , vacuum, windows , wipe down and a blow out of vents and cracks , there is no extra treatment giving to these customers vehicles and there is up sells that people thought they should get automatically. Not the case , They are an excellent detail service both mobile and in house at our shop. They service many Dealers locally and people that pay for what they get ( excellent details great service extra treatment ) , men are working hard to service these customers and give the quality deserved , I hope no one looks at this company as non professional and does bad work otherwise they wouldn't be in business i think it was a groupon overload that some customers may have got bad service and quality that could have been extra hired help that might not be professional as the ones who own and run the business. I recently changed carreer paths and used to manage this detail shop and understand what goes on in the business and just wanted to let people know the truth before 2 again i said 2 bad groupon customers gave bad reviews , thank you all and have a wonderful day

The worst company ever to go for Car Detail. We bought a Groupon and most of the people had to cancel it because of their unprofessionalism and rude behaviour.They are unable to handle more than one customer at one time. They no showed twice and were extremely cool about it when we spoke over the phone. I'll recommend you would be wasting your time and money on these folks rather have some better company do the job for you!
