I've been taking my Ford Ranger to Bernie's for about 12 years, both my current truck and the Ranger before it. Bernie's is honest and thorough each time. They troubleshoot, reccommend fixes, then they let me decide which fixes to authorize and which to wait on. No pressure, just quality assessments and and repairs. I live on Capitol HIll and since I retired, Bernie's is out of my way, but I continue to use them, because I trust them. It's worth the drive.

Have used Bernie's on two occasions, and both were great experiences. The scheduling and actual service is prompt. They fix only what has to be fixed, guarantee thier work, and have it out in record time. The staff there are polite, personable, and professional. Would recommend this to both DIYers and those who wouldn't know a wrench from a screwdriver!
