Both my mother & I have been taking our vehicles to Gina for about the past 4-5 years and love doing business with her. She & mechanic Adel are always very friendly & helpful and thoroughly explain what's going on with our car(s) and break everything down beforehand. When I call for regular servicing, she asks for mileage & looks up my vehicle and tells me exactly what needs to be done according to dealer specifications. I had a major problem with my 2004 Toyota when the check engine light came on at the same time my Car Registration + smog was due. I almost started to cry when she gave me a quote! OMG! This is not supposed to happen to Toyotaaas! She actually told me to go get at least 1 other estimate. So I called Toyota + 1 other shop for a ballpark estimate. Somehow, even though she would be getting a rebuilt transmission directly from Toyota, she quoted me over $200-400 LESS(cant remember exact $) than what Toyota quoted me just for the cost of the transmission! The other shop gave me a quote around $400 less but no warranty so I went back to Gina & had her do the work. She took 20% off the final bill for labor too ( her Xmas card with "20% off next service" was still on my fridge with a magnet!). - Lorel R
