I experienced my most horrible experience with this company. I was picked up at the Miami Airport. Had to cancel my return portion of the service. I canceled the service when I arrived to Miami port with the cruise line. I didn't have a 24 hours notice to give the company since I was at Sea. First they collected all the money upfront. This was NOT disclosed to me nor it was part of the contract. Then they refused to refund my money. They never returned my calls. I had to call few time in order to speak with the person in charge. I ended up disputing my charge with the credit card company. They have attached a letter with FALSE accusation and guess what they even TAPED a phone conversation which I believe it is ILLEGAL to do without my knowledge. I will never use them again, ever. I will never recommend them. How would I know that my fight was going to be delayed? How rude it is to make and write false accusation to the credit card company and tape me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I did not know that a shuttle company in Miami like this one was going to be the best option to have fun and enjoy my holidays. It was the first step to have fun and enjoy that city that has many things to give! The guy that picked up my family and me was pretty kind and friendly..he guided us and let us see the magic that was waiting for us! We recommend it! More people should know about it!
