I purchased a new ML350 from them. They gave me my plates back and said they were ordering new ones. Instead they registered the old ones. I spent 4 hours at DMV and was finally forced to retun car for them to straighten out. They kept the car for 15 days, gave me a filthy loaner, and then charged me $1700 for 2 side mirrors that were stolen off them. They have even refused to give me an itemized bill. Horrible experience. DONT use them.

The best sales person is Oscar. He doesnt push you and vey patient listening to questions about the vehicle. Love him. he is so nice and friendly.
