As a first-time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect. The Marc is an expert designer and gave wonderful advice, was extremely patient, and even had the ability to show me, what my picture would look like framed. Upon pick up, the results completely blew me away and far exceeded my expectations! I would refer anyone to the Frame Shop !!!
