Had a cracked ipad 3 screen replaced promptly. Amazing service. The owners really helped out and gave me a big discount after shippment was delayed for one day due to a vendor issue. Very Friendly and even offered to hand deliver the ipad to my home!! This is how you win customers. Thank you!
