Over the past 25 years, I have delt with Tom Lonzi of Tom's Pro Bike & Champion Cyclery. Tom is more than just the most knowledgable Bicycle Shop owner & mechanic in Western New York. He has been a pillar of the cycling community. Tom has volunteered at charity rides, such as the Tour de Cure, MS ride, etc, as a mechanic free of charge, as well as running & supporting racing Teams in Western New York. Tom has been an active member of the (BBC) Buffalo Bicycling Club as well as a Racer. I have personally bought six Serotta Competition Racing Bikes from Tom and wouldn't trust anyone else to service my rides as I do Tom. He is Honest, friendly, courteous & services your bikes FAST!!! Once you visit Tom's Pro Bike Shop, you won't go anywhere else. TPB services more than just high end bicycles, but he puts the same effort in servicing a $500 bike as he does a $5,000 racing bike.

Great service -- I needed some brake pads and they couldn't find them right away. They took down my address and mailed them out to me at no extra charge. They will totally go the extra mile to take care of you.
